Last night I was privileged to be in the class with Swami Yogamanas, my both sons 13 and 4 were part of the group as well... First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for such a strong teacher blessing ShantiDwara with his profound presence and lightness - there are no words to describe the feeling of a mother who sees her children light up and follow the practices with so much inspiration 🤸🏽♂️! The little one went all the way through Asana and Pranayama, playing a little bit along the way with his butterfly until curling around my legs and falling peacefully asleep while we proceeded into the realm of Antar Mouna meditation. Secondly, on a personal Yoga aspirant level, it feels extremely reassuring to be gently supported and so virtuously held while guided through the seemingly simple practices offered through the prism of new perspectives, which made the class 100% interesting and engaged the trio of body-mind-spirit all throughout until the grounds were prepared for plunging into a deep meditation 🧘♀️ Each practice has systematically emptied the bulk of contents/tension stored in body and mind, so when there was the time for meditation practice, there was enormous amount of space vacated that simply illuminated my being with the light from within. It’s been a while since I experienced the Yoga class of such high level, and I wish all people on the path could experience what it truly is to practice “mindfulness” Yoga.
Thank you, Swami Yogamanas Saraswati. Looking forward to the next Thursday. 🙏🏽🕊
