AYURVEDA AND DEEP RELAXATION
Late Winter Series
Winter is an ideal time to increase your physical practice from an Ayurvedic perspective. The cold, damp and heavy qualities (created by cloud cover) are abundant in the environment, and so they too are within us during this time.
During this course, we will practice to cleanse accumulated toxins in the body and mind associated with Kapha dosha, or the elements Earth and Water within which are accumulating during the season of Late Winter.
With a gently warming and invigorating practice, we will be stimulating the digestive fire utilising yoga Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Meditation to support your Sadhana (spiritual practice) for mind, body and spirit.
Join Asher-Lily for this Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda Course, combining the elements of Ayurveda through the Yoga practice as we move through Late Winter, becoming more deeply in touch with our internal and external worlds.
