In the first half hour we will lovingly explore the voice and experience Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound.
You are welcome to just listen if you prefer.
You are invited to lie down or sit and receive a "sonic tonic."
Be immersed in the healing frequencies of singing bowls, bells, chimes, flute, shruti box and other instruments from around the world.
These vibrations give us the opportunity to embark on a profound inner journey and experience deep relaxation and release.
Soften and transform.
Enter a new dimension of spaciousness.
Deepen your connection with self and the universe.
Share your experience or stay within.
