HATHA YOGA AND AYURVEDA
Join Asher-Lily for this 6-Week Course combining the elements of Ayurveda through the Yoga practice as we move through the seasons, becoming more deeply in touch with our internal and external worlds.
This course commences during the cusp of the transition from Autumn into Early Winter, an ideal time to begin or resume your regular yoga practice, as pronounced by the ancient sages.
During this course, we will practice to cleanse accumulated toxins in the body and mind associated with Kapha dosha, or the elements Earth and Water within us.
This means a gently warming and invigorating practice to stimulate the digestive fire, building over 6 consecutive yoga Asana, Pranayma and Meditation classes weekly on Saturdays from 8.30, to support your Sadhana or spiritual practice for mind, body and spirit.
