Sterile vs Alive
Had to drive up to a shopping centre and spend a few hours there today. What used to be familiar became quite alien. Living "in the nature" does it to you.
People seem lost there. Not lost as in don't know where they are. Lost as in don't know why they are. Clothing, mobile phones, cosmetics, conveyor food, banks, insurances... clothing again, cosmetics, mobile phones, stuffed bears, sterilised apples, mobile phones, cosmetics.
To top it off it took me 1 hour to find where I've parked the car.
FLOW made me soft.

ૐ Now, we host "Yoga Lifestyle Camps" weekly over weekend allowing full immersion into Yoga practice and ashram lifestyle.
2 night retreat - ARRIVE for 5pm dinner on Friday and DEPART after lunch 2pm on Sunday.
All classes are open for local students on a drop-in basis, however participation in "Yoga Lifestyle Camp" need be booked in in advance.
