Fear constrains

Kindness, sympathy to all living creatures, infinite compassion that what comprises the idea of Love for me. However, fear is shamelessly taking away love. Some time ago, beyond my willingness, I've realised that the stream of Love is not open to everyone through my being. I am not kind entirely because there are some humans/creatures I am afraid to deal with, all sorts of them - aliens scientists, an angry mother, an upseting child, ghosts coming through aquaintances, and other fragments of the whole talking to me... This is one of the wildest mind games I have to play to eliminate the destructive effect it does to the wonderful gift of life. I am not going to fight my mind, I have to overcome the fear only, because this is what stands in the way to a brighter and lighter existence.

Sever the strings of fear costraining your mind and body in its sticky prison! By doing this you liberate not yourself only, but also the generations to come through your lineage.... Don't teach your kids fear - read/tell them stories that make them bold and courageous, keep their eyes open, as they come into life with their eyes open wide.

“Contribution of the Satyananda Tradition to Yoga Sri Swamiji and the Satyananda tradition have made a major contribution to yoga and sannyasa. In order to systematize the practices of yoga it was necessary to create a sequential progression in the structure of yoga, and that is what Sri Swamiji has achieved. He also incorporated components of tantric nyasa into the yogic system in the form of yoga nidra. The sequence in which the practices of pranayama are taught today by the majority of yogic schools was

Psychospacial Meditation
Q: I have been mediating since 14 now I am 20 initially I felt quite calm any detached but slowly I became  irritated and depressed sort of. Should I stop meditation and yoga? A: The irritation/depression is likely to be frustration with your life. You might like to think about what you want out of your life and go after it systematically. A good place to start is a vision board and new experiences and training. Meditation and yoga just reveals what is there, it doesn't create the difficult emotions, it just allows them time/space to rise up and inform our lives. ——— If one focuses the Mind’s-Eye in a directional spacial orientation: 1.
